A:  Your skin!  That's why you need to develop good skin habits for a lifetime of healthy skin.

Just a reminder to remember to practice monthly skin self-exams.  LooK for unusual moles, spots or discoloration.  Changes in existing spots such as crusting, bleeding or redness can also indicate a problem.  If you notice any of these changes or are concerned about any unusual spot or mole, call our office and make an appointment for a 'Spot Check'. 

Remember!  Prompt surgical excison of an early melanoma offers an excellent chance of a cure.  If you have any doubt about a mole, ask us.
